The CIPD published a really insightful report into the trends we will see within Digital Learning in the upcoming year post-covid, as well as assessing how digital learning has ramped up in it’s relevance and use over the last few years. There’s been a 28% increase in digital learning between 2015 and 2020 which shows that even before the pandemic, the role of digital training has been growing in significance. Organisations are starting to see how bringing training online or into a digital setting can be both productive as well as allowing for flexibility for it’s employees.
